BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICIES

 

******Appointment Only, No Walk-ins*** Online booking is required for all appointments (option available above, corner of page). All appointments must be booked online, appointment requests sent by text or voicemail will not be booked. If you have further questions, please text me as text messages are easier for me to respond to. Voicemails are harder for me to return and I may not be able to return voicemails. Please Note: Texts/voicemails received on days and hours that I am closed will not be returned until my business operating hours. Also, please understand if you call or text during business hours, I may not be able to get back to you right away, as I may be with clients.*

 

******Booking an appointment: To book an appointment online: name, phone number, email address, and credit card will be needed. Your credit card will not be charged when booking an appointment. Your credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancel or no show. **

 

***If you are under 18, parent consent is required & parent must be present in person to sign consent form. Valid ID showing DOB will be required.***

 ***Cancellations: Please Note: There is a STRICT twenty-four (24) hour cancellation policy. If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours to appointment, you will be charged a fee of 50% of the services scheduled. Clients who no show with no notice (simply do not show up for appointments without canceling or providing any notice) will be charged a fee of 95% of the services scheduled and WILL NOT be allowed to book further appointments. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to this policy. Late cancellations and no shows are often impossible to fill, causing substantial financial impact to my business as you have taken a spot that could have been filled by another client. Thank you for your understanding.***

 

***Late Appointments: I set aside time just for you, so please be considerate of my time when booking an appointment~ Please Note: I do NOT extend service times or issue refunds for late arrivals. If you are more than 10 MINUTES LATE, there is no guarantee that you will be seen. If I am unable to fit you into the appointment schedule, you will be considered a missed appointment and charged a fee of 50% of services scheduled.***

 

***BRAZILIAN/BIKINI WAX APPOINTMENTS: If booking a brazilian or bikini wax during your menstrual cycle please note you may be a little more sensitive, but all that is required is a clean tampon or menstrual cup (tampon can be provided if needed). Females can be waxed during their period and I will wax female clients who are on their period, therefore I do not consider this a valid reason for last minute cancellations and cancellation policy will be enforced. If you do not want to get waxed on your period, please consider your cycle when scheduling an appointment.***


*** I do not like charging people for services not received but please understand that when you miss your appointment or cancel without enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment slot, which causes substantial financial impact to my business. You wouldn't question a million dollar airline's policy if you woke up late and missed your flight, so it's fair for an independent service provider to have a cancellation policy to protect their time and the time of all clients. Thank you for your understanding.***

***Hours:  Tuesday - Friday 9:30am-close at 6pm, Saturday 10am-close at 2pm. *Closed on Sunday and Monday.* ***Calls and texts received during days and hours that I am closed will not be returned until my operating business hours.***

***Under no circumstances will inappropriate, rude, disrespectful behavior be tolerated.  I have the right to refuse service to anyone or stop service at any time if inappropriate behavior is shown or problem arises, including during the session. If this happens, I will charge 100% of the services and you will be banned from booking further appointments. Just how you need to feel comfortable with me as your esthetician, I need to feel comfortable with you as my client and feel comfortable providing my service.***
